La Aurora USA announces the Limited Edition Lancero Collection ($190), a package featuring a collection of ten cigars, two of each brand, including the new 120 Anniversary Lancero and 100 Años and Preferido Platinum Lanceros. The collection includes the following cigars in 6 ⅞ x 40 Lancero formats:
- 120 Anniversary (Dominican Republic Habano ‘92 wrapper)
- 100 Años (Dominican Republic Corojo wrapper)
- 107 Nicaragua (Nicaragua wrapper)
- Preferido Platinum (Cameroon wrapper)
- Fernando León (Corojo – Ecuador wrapper)
“Entrusted to only our most seasoned rollers, the lancero is a format I have come to love due to the challenge in crafting each blend,” Manuel Ynoa, La Aurora master blender, said in a press release. “This collection truly defines the La Aurora brand and the quality for which it stands.”
The collection ships in late October.
